The product itself is great (it does the job), and is probably stronger than the backboard I attached to it. It arrived promptly, in a sealed box (i.e. no fault of Amazon or SportsRus) but was missing some pieces. I called the manufacturer and they shipped them free of charge and with no hassle. Probably just a fluke.
